50% to start, 50% at launch. No retainer, no lock-in.

Already have a site? Most dated sites are faster to replace than to repair. Same two tiers, and a free scan tells us which one fits before you pay anything. Run the free scan

Get started

Tell me a bit about your site and which service fits. No obligation, and I will answer any questions first.

Looking for something beyond a one-time audit? I also offer ongoing SEO monitoring and optimization, plus broader website work. Mention it below and we will figure out the right fit.

What you get that a template cannot give you

You know what you are buying before you pay

Most quotes start with a vague sales call and a number that moves. This starts with a fixed price in writing, and if you already have a site, a free scan showing exactly where it loses customers, scored. If the honest answer is that you do not need a new site, you will hear that too.

Built for how customers search now

Your next customer might type into Google, or they might ask ChatGPT who the good plumber in Arvada is. A site that only speaks to one of those is half built. Yours is written and marked up so both can read it and recommend you.

Everything is yours at handoff

The domain, the content, and the site itself stay in your name. No mandatory retainer to keep your own site running, and no rebuild bill if you ever work with someone else. When something needs changing later, it gets handled, without locking you into anything to get it.

Common questions

How much does a small business website cost?
A Starter Site is $2,400 and a Pro Site is $3,500, both one-time, with 50% to start and 50% at launch. Those are real prices, not starting points that grow once you are committed. The Starter covers a business that needs a clean, fast, findable site. The Pro Site adds the service and location pages, the copywriting, and the search and AI setup that actually bring local customers in.
How long does it take to build?
A Starter Site takes 2 to 3 weeks and a Pro Site takes 3 to 4, measured from the day I have your content. The honest variable is you: the projects that run long are the ones waiting on photos and approvals, not the ones waiting on me. I will tell you exactly what I need up front so nothing stalls.
What if I already have a website?
Then start with the free scan, because it shows exactly what your current site is costing you. From there it is the same two tiers. Most sites built more than a few years ago are faster and cheaper to replace than to patch, and I will tell you honestly if yours is the exception and only needs fixing. If your content is worth keeping, it comes with you.
Do I have to write the content myself?
Not on a Pro Site. Copywriting for your main pages is included, which is the part most owners dread and the reason that tier exists. On a Starter Site you provide the words and I shape them. Either way you know your business better than any writer does, so I will ask you questions rather than invent things about you.
Who owns the site, and can I update it myself?
You own it. The domain, the content, and the site itself are yours, and nothing is held hostage if you decide to work with someone else later. These sites are custom-built rather than dropped into a page builder, so day-to-day changes come to me rather than landing on you: you send what you want changed and I handle it, usually the same week. Small tweaks around launch are part of the build. For anything ongoing, there is an optional monthly care plan covering updates and a regular health check, and we sort out whether you want it once you are live. No retainer is ever required to keep your site running.
Will my new site actually show up on Google?
A site built with the technical foundations done right starts far ahead of most small business sites, which is the part I can promise. Ranking for competitive local searches also takes time and consistency, and anyone guaranteeing you position one is guessing. What you get here is a site that is fast, readable by search engines and AI assistants, and measured, so progress is something you can see rather than take on faith.
What do you need from me to get started?
A conversation about your business and your customers, whatever photos and logo files you have, and access to your domain and Google Business Profile. That is genuinely it to begin. I send a short brief after our first call so you can see the whole scope before the deposit, not after.
